In this article, I will share my thoughts on the implementation of such a format for bitcoin analysis, talk about new approaches in analytics using data from the liquidation map, risk indicators, and consider potential trends for the near future.
The impact of using AI in content creation
Starting with an experiment in implementing AI, I created several combined videos in which part of the text was read by AI. This allowed me to optimize the work and increase the amount of content, in particular, video analytics on the topic of the impact of the US Federal Reserve System (FRS) on the crypto market. Thanks to this format, you have the opportunity to receive useful information faster, especially on weekends. But questions also arose: how effective is this approach? According to your feedback, most people support combined videos, but a certain segment of the audience prefers live analytics.
Current Market Situation: Bitcoin Analysis
The liquidation chart for December 23, 2024 shows a high concentration of liquidation levels in the $94,000–$95,000 range. This creates the potential for further declines, especially if the market breaks through key levels. If this happens, traders with long positions may face massive liquidations.
Risk Index: Time to Buy?
A risk index of 36 indicates a favorable buying zone. Now is the optimal time for long-term investors, especially if you are looking at the 2025 outlook. According to Stock-to-Flow indicators, the price could reach $130,000 and even $160,000 next year.
USDT and Altcoin Dominance Analysis
The pullback in USDT dominance in December indicates a return of funds to the cryptocurrency market. This creates opportunities for a new Bitcoin rally, but also puts pressure on altcoins. The current picture shows that USDT dominance is partially stabilizing, which may mean a halt in active inflows into cryptocurrencies.
Will we see $110,000?
Based on current data, we can expect Bitcoin to move to $110,000 this week. The accumulation phase is over, and now indicators such as the RSI are entering the overbought zone, indicating a possible continuation of the growth. However, before that, a pullback to $105,000 is likely to gather liquidity.
Altcoins are not showing significant growth yet. The general cryptocurrency capitalization indicator hints at the end of the correction phase. However, the green dots on the chart have not yet formed, indicating the possibility of continued accumulation.
