Bitcoin Forecast
today I want to share technical analysis of the cryptocurrency market. Please note that this analysis is not a financial recommendation, but only my personal observations and predictions. I hope this information helps you make your own crypto trading and investment decisions.
Current market situation
Today is September 2, 2024, Monday. You and I are moving to a more concise video format of 5-7 minutes duration, in which we will consider the most important indicators and indices.
Usually, I look at analytics from various sources such as TradingView, YouTube, Twitter to make the most accurate forecast for the current week. This time we will focus on the technical analysis of Bitcoin.
Technical analysis and forecasts
Let’s go to the TradingView service, where we will review the monthly, weekly and daily charts. For this week, my predictions show that the value of Bitcoin is likely to decrease. Information from the indices of fear and greed indicates the predominance of fear in the market — the indicator is at the level of 26, which practically corresponds to the “red zone”.
Regarding technical indicators, the situation is as follows:
- 15% of traders are now selling Bitcoin;
- 10% watch from the outside;
- Only 1% buy.
This is confirmed both on the hourly and daily charts.
Market sentiment and ideas
The TradingView platform is currently dominated by two main ideas: shorting and longing. The first of them enjoys more support, while the second can be considered as a potential alternative. If you look at the weekly chart, I see growth in some indicators, but the overall mood in the market remains mixed.
If we’re talking about YouTube, there are some quality videos that I think are worth watching to get a deeper understanding of the current market situation.
Forecasts for the near future
Paying attention to the monthly chart, you can see that the current trend resembles the past bull run. I expect there could be another decline to the support level around 48k in September, after which a resumption of growth is possible.
The weekly chart shows that we are in an accumulation phase, and in my opinion, the correction has already reached a sufficient level for further growth. Important support points are the levels of 57 and 55 thousand.
In general, I predict a decrease in the value of bitcoin this week, but to what level this will happen depends on the development of the market. After the correction, I see the possibility of a return to the 67,000 level with a further rise to 85,000.
